Super...Natural

13 mile long run along with the Lynn Valley road and Seymour mountain on Sunday morning. Sunny and bright after heavy rain on Saturday. A variety of trails was full of towering trees covered with thick green moss, and ferns... Certainly it'll take time for me to fully absorb and appreciate my new environment in North Vancouver, but what a spectacular setting that is! I'm truly grateful and feeling lucky for having this "super natural" environment for living, working, walking and running.

My running starts with this hill climbing.

Where Mountain Hwy and Lynn Valley Rd meets. Starbucks, Waves Coffee Shop...all the seemingly romantic settings.

Now I'm climbing up the Seymour Mt, where deep valley with clear water and full of trees - poplars, cedars, birches, maple trees...

Beautiful stream with fall colours.

Fall colours. Yellow, red, yellowish red, reddish yellow...

Small "Rice Lake" in the middle of mountain. Lovely and tranquil.

Mossy trees. Truly up to the classification "temperate rainforest."

Sunlight makes everything beautiful and shining.

Snowy mountain far over. Winter has already started up there for certain.

Magic of sunlight.

Going downhill alongside the beautiful Lynn Valley Rd. Here is called "upper" side, whereas where I live is called "lower."

Fall is now ending, and opening way to winter.

Still downhill with a view of Vancouver.

Finally arrived at home. Full of flattened boxes. Unboxing is still in full swing.
