So that each tomorrow finds me farther than today

In 2015, I will keep on moving as last year, but with more "togetherness" with my colleagues as well as my family (particularly with my children). I will set up my lunch time for running or walking with or without my colleagues to better my health mentally and physically.

Races: I plan to run (1) four (or five) half-marathon races, including "First Half" in February, Sunshine coast half in April, and Whistler Half in June; and (2) two marathons (Vancouver Marathon in May; and Okanagan Marathon in October).

While preparing for those races, I will let my children join my running fun especially during weekends (I have been feeling guilty whenever running alone).

Bike riding: I will commute by bike more often - preferably daily - although it is pretty challenging to cross the Second Narrows Bridge during winter time (and rain).

Learning: will make the most of MOOC by registering online courses on privacy and security to deepen my knowledge of those topics.

In conclusion, the following quote sums up what I am aiming for this year and beyond:

Not enjoyment, and not sorrow,

  Is our destined end or way;

But to act, that each tomorrow

  Find us farther than today.

- H. W. Longfellow
